– 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
– 8 oz. can of mushrooms, drained
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 3-4 Mi, sweet peppers, chopped
– 1 lb. penne pasta
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 2 cups water
– 1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
– 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
– salt/pepper to taste
