– 1/2 cup water (or the Minimum amount for your cooker)
– Sprinkle of red pepper flakes (optional)
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon Chinese seasoned rice vinegar
– 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
