– 2 cups water
– 1/2 cup blackstrap molasses (160 grams)
– 1/2 cup ketchup (150 grams)
– 1/3 cup lightly packed brown sugar (65 grams)
– 2 teaspoon s Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
– 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
