– 1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
– 1 (25 oz) jar marinara sauce
– 2 1/2 cups cold water
– 1 tsp basil
– 1 tsp oregano
– 2 bay leaves
– salt and pepper to taste
– 1 lb. dry ziti pasta
– 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
