beef chuck, yellow onion, ground tomatoes, beef stock, garlic powder, italian seasoning, paprika, cumin, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, cracked pepper, lasagna sheets, mozzarella cheese, parsley


– 1 lb (450 g) beef chuck, diced
– 1?yellow onion, diced
– 1 small?can (14.5 oz) ground?tomatoes (or crushed tomatoes)
– 3?cups (3/4 l)?low sodium beef?stock
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (basil, rosemary, thyme and oregano)
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1/2 teaspoon ?crushed red pepper flakes
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
– 10 uncooked lasagna sheets broken into pieces
– Shredded mozzarella cheese, or Parmesan, for garnish
– Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
