– 1/2 cup beef broth
– 1/2 tsp dried oregano
– 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
– 1 tbsp tomato paste
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 bay leaf
– 1 1/2 pounds beefchuck roast, cut into two-inch pieces
– 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
– 12 ozrigatoni or other pasta of choice
– Parmesan cheese, for serving
