Beef Stroganoff by I Don’t Have Time For That

butter, beef stew meat, flour, salt and black pepper, onion, garlic, beef broth, mushrooms, sour cream, spicy mustard, worcestershire sauce, egg noodles


– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 Pounds beef stew meat sliced into bite sized peices
– 1/4 cup of flour
– salt and black pepper to taste
– 1 Small onion, chopped
– 3 Cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 Cup beef broth
– 3 Cups sliced fresh mushrooms
– 8 Ounces. sour cream
– 1 tablespoons spicy mustard
– 1 tablespoon worchester sauce
– 16 oz. package of egg noodles (cooked)
