– 1 (253 g) large onions (sliced)
– 3 cloves (11 g) garlic (sliced)
– 1/2 cup (125 ml) dry white wine (Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or Unoaked Chardonnay)
– 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
– 1 teaspoon paprika (separated to 1/2 tsp (Optional)
– Salt & black pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon (8 g) flour
– 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream or greek yogurt (room temperature)
– 3/4 cup (188 ml) unsalted chicken stock
– 1 tablespoon (15 ml) regular soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fish sauce
– 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tablespoon (15 g) dijon mustard
– 2 tablespoons (18 g) cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cold water
