– 1/2 cup chopped onion
– 1-2 pounds cubed steak or beef
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
– 1 teaspoon Tobasco sauce
– 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
– 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
– 2-3 large carrots, chopped
– 4 celery stalks, chopped
– 2 cups tomato juice
– salt an pepper to taste
