– 2 tbsp Shallot Onions (small diced)
– 2 Garlic (cloves, minced)
– 2 Apple (red delicious or honey crisp, peeled and diced)
– 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
– 1 tspOregano (dried)
– Chili Flakes
– 1/2 tspSalt and Black Pepper (adjust to taste)
– Whole Spices (1/4 tsp each of cumin, nutmeg, and clove – ground)
