– 1/2 cup Carrots, chopped

– 1 can Black Beans (drained and washed)
– 1 cup Raw Quinoa (rinsed)
– 3 cups Vegetable stock
– 4 – Bay leaves
– 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
– 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
– 1.5 teaspoon Cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon Crushed red chili flakes
– 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Diced Avocado
