olive oil, onion, celery, green bell pepper, tomato sauce, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce like crystal or texas pete, water, long grain white rice

– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 cup onion, diced
– 1/4 cup celery (finely diced)
– 1/2 green bell pepper (finely diced)
– 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
– 1 6 oz can tomato paste
– 2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
– 1 dash hot sauce like Crystal or Texas Pete
– 3 cups water
– 2 cups long grain white rice
