– 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 3 teaspoon s fresh thyme)
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon pepper
– 1 cup frozen peas, (thawed)
– 3/4 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons cornstarch
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 2/3 cup all purpose flour (or gluten free all purpose flour, such as Cup 4 Cup)
– 2 teaspoon s baking powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon pepper
– 4 tablespoons butter, (melted and cooled)
– 3/4 cup milk
