– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 2 teaspoon s dried Italian seasoning
– 1 1/2 teaspoon s garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
– 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup frozen peas
– fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese (for serving (optional)
