– 1-lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 2 to 3 jalape?os, chopped
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tsp driedminced onion
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– salt and pepper, to taste
– 1-lb dry penne pasta
– 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
– 2 cups water
– 1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon
– 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese
– 2 cups (8-oz) shredded pepper jack cheese
