olive oil, butter garlic, chicken, water dry pasta, heavy cream, flour, dijon or dry mustard, cheese


– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 tablespoon butter1 tablespoonminced garlic
– 2 pounds of boneless chicken (either breasts or thighs are great! (cut into small/medium sized pieces)
– 2 cups water1 cup dry pasta
– 1 cup heavy cream1 tablespoon thyme
– 1 tablespoon flour
– 1-2 tablespoons Dijon or dry mustard
– 2 cups shredded cheese Salt and pepper to taste
