– 1 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Thyme Leaves (or 3/4 teaspoon Dried)
– 2 1/2 tablespoons minced Fresh Italian Parsley (or 1 tablespoon Dried)
– 1 Dash Nutmeg (about 1/8 teaspoon )
– 2 tablespoons Better than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base
– 6 Cups Water
– 1 Rotisserie Chicken (shredded)
– Salt (to taste)
– Fresh Pasta Noodles
– 1 Cup Flour
– 1 Large Egg (whisked)
– 1 1/2 teaspoons Olive Oil
– 1 Pinch Salt
– 1 1/2 teaspoons Water
