– 1 tablespoon sea salt
– 1 teaspoon pepper
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– juice of one lime
– 1/4 cup flour
– 1 onion (white, yellow or sweet, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
– 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
– 7 Anaheim peppers (about 3 cups chopped) or 3- 7 oz cans green chiles)
– 1-2 jalapenos
– 5-6 to matillos (a little larger than golf ball size husked)
– 1 cup chicken (beef or vegetable broth)
– avocado (tortillas for serving)
