– 1 teaspoon fine sea salt (or 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt)
– 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
– 2 tablespoons Honey
– 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
– 1/4 cup liquid from the PC pot
