– 1 yellow onion, diced
– 4 cloves garlic,minced
– 1 stalk celery, chopped
– 2 medium Russet potatoes, diced
– 2 tbs rosemary, fresh
– 2 Bay Leaves
– 1cup clam juice
– 1/2 cup chicken stock
– 1/4 cup white wine
– 3 cans of fancy baby clams (1 cup of juice saved for broth)
– 1 tbs cornstarch
– 1/4 cup water
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 3 tbs red wine vinegar
– Salt and Pepper
