– 2.5 cups of chicken (or vegetable) broth
– 2 small (or 1 large) Italian eggplant
– 1/2 tsp of black pepper
– 1/2 tsp of kosher salt
– 1/2 tsp of seasoned salt
– 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 tsp Black Truffle oil
