– 5-6 cloves garlic, pressed orminced
– 1 Lb dry Black beans
– 5 tsp (herb ox) chicken bouillon
– 5 cups water
– (For the Tempero baiano)
– 1 tablespoon kosher salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp coriander
– 1/2 tsp tumeric
– 1/2 tsp white pepper
– 1/4 tsp cayenne
– 1 tsp oregano
