– 1 lb. Mahi-Mahi or Tilapia filets (cut in 2-inch pieces (or any white flesh fish)
– 2 tbsp Olive Oil (or coconut oil)
– 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
– 10-12 curry leaves
– 1 tbsp crushed ginger (1-inch ginger grated orminced)
– 1 tbsp crushed garlic (3 clovesminced)
– 1 medium onion (thinly sliced (1 cup)
– 1/2 green pepper (sliced, ( 1/2 cup)
