– 4 fillets of Grouper Fresh or Frozen (thawed & drained)
– 1 Lemon, sliced
– 1 White Onion, shaved into rings
– 3 small potatoes, thinly sliced
– 4 sprigs of Thyme
– 4 sprigs of Parsley
