– 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 2 tablespoons grass fed gelatin (not collagen)
– 1/4 cup 100% fruit Apricot jelly
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2-3 tablespoons 100% pineapple juice
– 1 tablespoon Ketchup
– 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
– 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
– Pinch garlic powder
