– 4 tablespoons cornstarch
– 2 c. pineapple juice
– 6 tbsp. cider vinegar
– 2 tbsp. soy sauce
– 6 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
– 1 Cup. sugar
– 220 oz. canspineapple tidbits or pieces with juice
– 1/2 Cup peppers of different colors and heat, cut in strips, or chopped
– 3 lb. hamburger
– 3 Cup panko bread crumbs
– 1 Cup Parmesan cheese
– 4 eggs
– 1 1/2 Cup chopped onion
– 1 tsp. salt
– 1 tsp. pepper
– 2 tablespoons Avocado oil (or olive oil)
– water as needed to deglaze and steam.
