– 1 cup Water
– 1 Zucchini, shredded
– 1 Yellow Squash, shredded
– 1 15 oz. can Chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
– 1 2 oz. can sliced Black Olives (rinsed & drained)
– 1 cup frozen Spinach
– 1 cup frozen Lima Beans
– 1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
– 1 tbsp. Driedminced Onion
– 1 tsp. Cumin
– 1 tsp. Onion Powder
– 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
