– 3 tbsp plain flour / self-raising flour
– 1/4 tsp paprika powder
– 1/4 tsp salt
– freshly grated black pepper
– 1 clove shallot, minced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
– 1/4 tsp dried oregano
– 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
– 1/2 cup red wine
– 1 1/2 cup chicken stock or beef stock
