– ⅓ Cup Red Kidney Beans
– 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil, or other neutral tasting oil
– 4 teaspoons Ground Cumin
– 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder, or substitute with 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
– 8 oz Tomato Sauce, or 2 Medium Tomatoes diced
– ½Medium Onion, diced
– 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
– 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
– 3½ Cups Water
– 3 tablespoons Butter
– 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
