– 2-3 tbsp butter
– 3/4 Cup chicken broth
– 1/3 Cup milk or heavy cream
– 1/4 Cup onion diced
– 2-3 cloves garlicminced
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
