– 1 Yellow Onion, chopped
– 2 Bay Leaves
– 7 cloves Garlic, (pressed orminced)
– 2 large Carrots, chopped
– 2 ribs Celery, chopped
– 2 tsp Oregano, (droed)
– 1 tsp Basil, (dried)
– 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
– 1 tsp Kosher Salt
– 1/2 tsp Pepper
– 7 cups Chicken Broth (or vegetable broth)
– 1 Parmesan Rind (optional)
– 1 – 2 (15 oz) cans Red Kidney Beans, (drained & rinsed)
– 1 (15 oz) can Garbanzo Beans, (drained & rinsed)
– 2 (15 oz) cans Diced Tomatoes, (with juice)
– 1 (14 oz) can Crushed Tomatoes in Puree
– 1 (6 oz) can Tomato Paste
– 1 small Zucchini, (sliced into half circles, not too thick)
– 1 cup Pasta, (dry (med. shells, small macaroni)
– 1 (14 oz) can Cut Green Beans, (drained)
– 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, (grated)
– 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
