– 1 pound organic?ground turkey (or beef)
– 1 tablespoon cooking fat (avocado oil, olive oil, ghee)
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 cup chopped carrots
– 1 ? 26 ounce jar of organic pasta sauce (or homemade of course)
– 26 ounces of water
– 4 cups dried rice noodles, you can also make it paleo by using tapioca noodles
– Sea salt to taste
– 1 teaspoon minced garlic
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
