– 16 ounces boneless, skinless thighs or breasts, cut in chunks
– 1 pound good smoked sausage cut in 1 inch chunks
– 1 onion, chopped
– 1-2 bell peppers, choped
– 3 stalks of celery, chopped
– 3 clovesgarlic, minced or grated
– 1 14.5 ounce can of diced tomates
– 1 small can of tomato paste
– 32 ounces chicken broth
– 1/2 to 1 teaspoon seasoning
– Tabasco or hot sauce, to taste
– 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master, for color
– 1 pound pasta, shape of choice
