– 1/3 cup lite soy sauce
– 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
– 5 garlic cloves, minced
– zest and juice of 2 lemons
– 1-2 tablespoons dried basil
– 1 teaspoon kosher salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
– 2 pounds flank steak, sliced against the grain into thin strips
– 2 tablespoons butter or ghee
– 8 ounces white mushrooms, sliced
– 2 green bell peppers, sliced
– 1 sweet or yellow onion, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic
– pinch of kosher salt
– 1/2 cup mayo
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– juice of half a lemon
– whole grain hoagie buns
– provolone slices
