– 3 TBS unsalted butter
– 1 lb Sweet Italian Sausage
– 2 cups elbow macaroni or pasta of choice
– 2-3 shakes of cayenne pepper (more or less for spicy flavor)
– 3 cups water
– 1/2 cup milk (or more as needed)
– 3 oz cream cheese, cubed
– 2 cup mac & cheese blend shredded cheese (or cheddar)
– 1 4 oz jar pimentos, drained
– 1 cup broccoli, chopped
– salt and pepper to taste
