– 2 to 3 pound pork roast
– 2 tablespoons Organic Coconut Oil (unrefined) (or ghee, butter, lard, etc)
– 2 large Onion (sliced or chopped)
– 3 cloves Garlic (peeled & sliced)
– 1 cup Water, filtered
– – Sea Salt
– – Black Pepper
– 4 to 6 cups sauerkraut (divided)
– 1 pound hot dogs (nitrate free, grass fed beef (optional)
– 1/2 pound kielbasa (nitrate free, grass fed beef (optional)
