Potato Salad by Hip2Save

red potatoes, water, eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, dill pickle juice, celery, onion, dill, salt and pepper

– 2.5 pounds red potatoes, peeled & cubed (or russet potatoes if you prefer)
– 1 1/2 cups water
– 4 large eggs
– 3/4 cup real mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1 tablespoon mustard
– 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
– 2 ribs celery, chopped
– 1/2 onion, chopped
– 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill (optional but yummy!)
– salt & pepper to taste
