italian sausage, red onion, garlic clove, oregano, tomatoes, salt and pepper

– 10 oz (300 g) Italian Sausage, removed from casing
– 1 medium red onion
– 1 garlic clove
– a few sprigs of fresh Oregano, or 1/2 tbsp. dry lightly crushed
– 14.5 oz (400 g) of chopped tomatoes
– salt and pepper to taste
