Roast Chicken Bone Broth by Homemaker’s Habitat

bones from roast chicken, onion, carrots, celery, apple cider vinegar, bay leaf, kosher salt

– Bones from one whole, roast chicken (or turkey), most meat removed
– 1 large onion, peeled and sliced in half
– 2 medium carrots, cut in half
– 3 stalks of celery, cut in half
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 4 or 5 sprigs fresh thyme
– 2 bay leaves
– 4 or 5 peppercorns
– 1 tablespoon kosher salt (optional)
