– 2 lb ground Italian sweet sausage
– 7 medium sized potatoes, diced
– 2 x 12 oz cans evaporated milk
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 2 cups water
– 1 x 15.25 oz can sweet corn
– 1 x 14.75 oz can creamed corn
– 10 oz frozen peas and carrots
– 3 tbsp Italian seasoning
– 2 tsp onion powder
– salt and pepper to taste
– corn starch (optional, if you wish to thicken the soup on the first day)
