– Large pinch saffron threads
– 2 Cups short-grain rice
– 1 3/4 Cups Vegetable Stock or Seafood Stock
– 1/8 Tsp Ground Turmeric

– 1 Cup of seafood (squid, meaty white fish, scallops)
– 2 Cups of mixed shellfish (clams, mussels, shrimp)
