– Salt
– Pepper
– 1 Medium onion, diced
– 1/2 Fresh Jalapeno pepper (seeds and all, diced)
– Seasoning blend
– 2 Cups sodium-reduced beef stock
– 1 tbsp cornstarch
– 1 tbsp cold water
– 540 ml can black beans, rinsed
– 8 Small taco shells
