– 1 medium red onion, chopped
– 1 medium green or red bell pepper, chopped
– 1 carrot, grated
– 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
– 2 teaspoons garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce – optional
– 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 1 cup (250 ml) chopped tomatoes – canned or fresh with their juice
– 4 tablespoons (80 g) tomato paste
– 1 cup (250 ml) water
– 1/2 cup (45 g) rolled oats
– 1 tablespoon grainy dijon mustard
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1/2 head of cabbage, quartered and thinly sliced (about 5 cups)
– 2 carrots, grated (about 1 cup)
– 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
