Smothered Cajun Greens by Paleo Cajun Lady

greens, turnip, onion, garlic, salt, poultry broth


– 6 cups raw greens (collard, mustard, turnip, spinach, kale, etc)
– 1 turnip, chopped
– 1 onion, chopped
– 1 pound fully cooked, uncured ham, cut into large chunks
– 1 tablespoon animal fat
– 2 teaspoon s (about 2 cloves) crushed garlic
– 1/8 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup poultry broth (bone broth, if you have it)
