– 1/2 pound Italian sausage, casing removed
– 1/2 cup Panko
– 3 tablespoons whole milk
– 1 large egg, lightly beaten
– 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
