Spaghetti Squash Chow Mein by Chop Secrets

spaghetti squash, water, soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar, sriracha, oil, garlic, ginger, scallions, carrots, red bell pepper, snow peas, bean sprouts


– 1 small spaghetti squash, about 3 lbs
– 1 cup water
– 2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp oyster sauce
– 1 tbsp rice wine (or dry sherry)
– 2 tsp brown sugar (or honey)
– 1 tbsp Sriracha (optional)
– 1 tbsp oil
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 2 tspminced fresh ginger
– 6 scallions, white parts chopped, green parts cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1 cup shredded carrots
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
– 1 cup snow peas (or sugar snap peas), trimmed and halves
– 1 cup bean sprouts (optional)
