– 5 cups fresh cauliflower florets (about one medium to large head)
– 1/2 cup water
– 1/3 cup Tamari, gluten-free soy sauce, Bragg’s aminos or coconut aminos
– 1/4 cup rice vinegar
– 3 tablespoons maple syrup
– 2 clovesminced garlic
– 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
– 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
– 3 tablespoons arrowroot or cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
– 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or sliced green onions
