– 1 tsp Kosher Salt
– 1/2 tsp Pepper

– 1/4 cup Grated Onion
– 1/4 cup Grated Celery
– 2 cloves Garlic, (pressed)
– 1/4 tsp Thyme Leaves (or 1/8 tsp ground)

– 1 cup Cooked Rice
– 2 tbsp Olive Oil
– 2 tbsp Butter, (unsalted)
– Remaining Cabbage, chopped
– 1 1/2 Onions, chopped

– 1 (14 oz) can Tomato Sauce
– 1 tsp Beef Bouillon
