– 1 lb Lean Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
– 1 bay Leaf
– 1/3 cup Celery, diced
– 1 Onion, diced
– 4 cloves Garlic, (pressed orminced)
– 1 tbsp Paprika (sweet)
– 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
– 1/4 tsp Thyme Leaves, (dried)
– 1/2 tsp Oregano
– 1 1/4 tsp Salt
– 1/2 tsp Pepper
– 3 Bell Peppers (2 green and 1 red), chopped
– 4 1/2 cups Beef Broth, (low sodium (use 5 1/2 cups if you like it soupier)
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
– 3/4 cup Long Grain White Rice, (rinsed, uncooked)
– 1 (14 oz) can Diced Tomatoes, (with juice)
– 1 (14 oz) can Tomato Sauce
