– 2 tablespoons Kerrygold Butter
– 2 teaspoons Ground Mustard
– 2 tablespoons Stone Ground or Yellow Mustard
– 1 teaspoon Cumin
– 1 teaspoon Paprika
– 2 teaspoon sminced Garlic
– Hot Sauce (to taste)
